With a significant increase in juvenile delinquency in Moscow in the recent years, a great deal of scientific research clearly demonstrates the correlation between the decriminalisation of domestic violence in Russia in 2017 and the rate of adolescent crime.

The brief of the project is thus to design, through material research, a space offering protection for teenagers exposed to domestic violence in Moscow. The shelter would be the place for them to seek for a sense of safety and relaxation, release their inner aggression, and construct positive relationships with others.
